Reality T.V. Goes Crazy!

24/7 - Jim Brown

A cross between Big Brother, Surviver and a horror film. 24/7 is about a group of 12 contestants who enter a game show on an island to win 2 million dollars, but as the show begins, the crew suddenly die, and the contestants are forced to play a game of life and death.
I enjoyed the non-stop action and the edge-of-your-seat suspense, but there were a few flaws in the book that made me think it was a bit far fetched. If you can look past that, the book raises some interesting questions about human nature and reality television. I would recommend Ben Elton's 'Dead Famous' over this, as a better book with a similar theme, but this is certainly entertaining.
