If I could give half stars, I'd give this book 3 and a half. It's the first Joy Fielding book I've read. At first I thought it was a bit too girly in the way the main character spoke but once the story progressed I started to get into it. Casey is hit by a car and ends up in a coma. When she wakes up, she can't see, she can't move but she can hear EVERYTHING! When she discovers that the person who tried to kill her is somebody close to her, she has to try to do everything in her power to get herself to move or somehow give somebody a signal to get help before the killer comes back to finish the job! Quite suspenseful towards the end. An easy, enjoyable read that keeps you guessing.
